Qinqin Foodstuffs Group Company Limited Announces Resignation of Cheng Yong as Executive Director, Chief Executive Officer of the Group and Director of the Subsidiaries of the Company, Effective 1 January 2017

The board of directors of Qinqin Foodstuffs Group (Cayman) Company Limited announced that Mr. Cheng Yong has resigned as an Executive Director of the company, Chief Executive Officer of the group and director of the subsidiaries of the company with effect from 1 January 2017 due to health reason. In the meantime, the responsibilities of Mr. Cheng as Chief Executive Officer would be performed by Mr. Wong Wai Leung, an Executive Director of the company, with the support of the senior management team of the group.
