Boomerang, part of Publicis Groupe, is transferring day-to-day current management to a new board of directors effective July 1, 2024. After 18 years, Boomerang's founders (Bo The, Alexander Veltman, Fikret Fetahovic and Eldin Fetahovic) are stepping down.

The new management team was announced Monday, consisting of Annika Drion as Operational Director, Milo Duyff as Commercial Director, Kim Trap as Business Director, Leila Popovych as Executive Director and Rico de Lange as Chief Creative Officer. This team, led by Isabelle Dacz, CEO Publicis Netherlands, will steer Boomerang into its next phase.

For some time, talks had been underway to succeed the four original founders of the Amsterdam-based digital agency, which today has over 200 employees. To capitalize on the agency's versatility of services, a group has been assembled with years of experience within the agency's various disciplines. In addition, each member brings experience from the agency world, both nationally and internationally.

In 2021, the company became part of Publicis Groupe Nederland. They wanted a place at the table with international clients, to be closer to the media and to expand production capabilities.
