Subject: Effective date of new Director

Reference is made to PTTEP Letter no.13143/00-5449/2020 dated 16 July 2020, PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited or PTTEP announced that the Company's Board of Directors Meeting No. 12/2563/484 on 15 July 2020 resolved to elect Mr. Auttapol Rerkpiboon to be a Director in replacement of Mr. Chansin Treenuchagron's resignation from PTTEP Directorship. The announcement was subject to the State Enterprise Policy Committee's approval and when Mr. Auttapol accepts this Directorship.

PTTEP would like to announce that the State Enterprise Policy Committee approved Mr. Auttapol Rerkpiboon to assume PTTEP Directorship on 30 July 2020 and Mr. Auttapol has accepted the Directorship with effective date on 1 August 2020 onwards.
