Bakrieland Postponed AGMS Jakarta, 31 July 2017- PT Bakrieland Development Tbk (Bakrieland, ELTY) postponed its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) today, Monday, July 31st, 2017 as the attendance did not meet quorum (50% + 1 of shareholders).

For this reason the AGMS 2017 will be postponed until further notice (according to the regulations, the earliest would be in 10 days or latest in 21 calendar days).

Thus the Company's official statement to be noted accordingly.
