Astragraphia's Revenue and Net Profit in the First Quarter of 2023 Increased Compared to the Same Period in 2022
Jakarta, 18 April 2023 - PT Astra Graphia Tbk (ASGR) ("Astragraphia") posted consolidated net income of IDR 682 billion, up 10% compared to the same period in 2022. As of 31 March 2023, Astragraphia recorded consolidated net profit of IDR 25 billion, growing 59% compared to the first quarter of 2022. The ability to manage cash flow and the operational cycle which continues to be well maintained, contributed to the increase in Astragraphia's net profit in the first quarter of 2023.
Hendrix Pramana - President Director of PT Astra Graphia Tbk said, "The increase in net profit was contributed by the increase in revenue in the Document Solutions business unit by 8% due to an increase in sales volume of machines in the Graphic Art and office sectors. The increase in revenue was also contributed by the Information Technology Solutions business unit by 14% as a result of strengthening market penetration and accelerating the realization of business opportunities in the IT Trading and IT Services area. In the midst of operational activities that are starting to increase, Astragraphia continues to strive for operational excellence in every process across all business lines and seeks new opportunities to build business growth."
