NOTICE TO THE MARKET

Porto Seguro S.A. (B3: PSSA3) in compliance with CVM Resolution No. 44/2021 and current legislation, and in

addition to the notice to the market published on September 1st, 2023, communicates to its shareholders and

the market in general that, in view of compliance with the applicable precedent conditions and the effective

closing of the operation, the partnership agreement to operate retail products in the automobile and

residential segments. The agreement was signed between its direct subsidiary, Porto Seguro Companhia de

Seguros Gerais and Mitsui Sumitomo Seguros and will be implemented gradually from March 12, 2024.
