NOTICE TO THE MARKET
PORTO SEGURO S.A. ("Porto Seguro" or "Company") (B3: PSSA3), in compliance with the provisions of the applicable regulations, communicates to its shareholders and the market the election of Mr. Domingos de Toledo Piza Falavinaas the new Investor Relations Officer (IRO), replacing Mr. Roberto de Souza Santos, who remains the Company's Chief Executive Officer.
It also informs that Mr. Domingos Falavina will be responsible for the Company's strategic planning and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) areas.
Domingos de Toledo Piza Falavina has extensive professional experience working in financial market companies such as JP Morgan, Itaú, UBS, among others. Mr. Falavina graduated in business administration, with specializations in finance, foreign trade and administration, from the University of Missouri St. Louis and also holds a master's degree in financial risk from Stern, New York University (NYU).
