NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS

At the Company's ordinary and extraordinary general meeting held on March 28, 2024, the distribution of dividends additional to the mandatory minimum was approved, in relation to the 2023 fiscal year, in the total amount of R$ 60,067,875.50 (sixty million, sixty and seven thousand, eight hundred and seventy-five reais and fifty cents).

In the notice to shareholders released on March 28, 2024, it was mistakenly stated that the distribution of additional dividends would correspond to R$0.09380122264 per share.

The Company hereby informs shareholders that the correct value to be attributed per share is R$0.09359840086.

The payment of the, aforementioned, additional dividends, as well as the balance of interest on equity declared in the 2023 financial year, will be paid by December 31, 2024, as approved by the general meeting and communicated through the notice to shareholders published on March 28 2024.
