Pioneer Announces Changes in Management

Pioneer Corporation announced today all directors except Mr. Koichi Moriya, Representative Director, resigned at the conclusion of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on March 31, 2019 and two directors and one audit & supervisory board member were newly elected.

(1) Directors were newly elected:

・Mr. Shane Predeek, Representative Director of Baring Private Equity Asia K.K ・Mr. Hiroshi Kitami, Vice President of Baring Private Equity Asia K.K

(2)Audit & Supervisory Board Member was newly elected:

•Mr. Masato Ukaji, Certified Public Accountant, and Representative Director of ML Consultants Inc.
