Restar Holdings Corporation (TSE:3156) agreed to acquire the remaining 50% stake in Syswave Corp. from PCI Holdings, Inc. (TSE:3918) on September 26, 2019. Restar Holdings Corporation entered into an agreement to acquire the remaining 50% stake in Syswave Corp. from PCI Holdings, Inc. on November 13, 2019. Restar Holdings Corporation will acquire 7940 shares. As part of the transaction, VSE Inc., a joint venture with PCI Holdings, and Syswave will merge. Restar will hold the entire 100% stake in Syswave post completion. At the same time as this reorganization, VSE, the surviving company, will change its trade name to "Privatec Co., Ltd." The transaction is subject to approval of shareholders of Restar Holdings Corporation and is expected to complete on November 29, 2019. The impact of this transaction on the consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ending March 2020 is immaterial.
