Parity to announce Interim results on 22^nd September

Parity expands opportunity with Scottish Government

Parity will announce its Interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2020 on 22^nd September 2020. Parity is committed to ensuring that there are appropriate communication structures for all of its shareholder base so that its strategy, business model and performance are clearly understood. Parity will be holding an online meeting for investors and other interested parties on the day of its interim results via the Investor Meet platform.

Investors can sign up to Investor Meet Company for free at https://www.investormeetcompany.com/register and click on 'add to meet' Parity. Investors who have already registered and added to meet Parity will be automatically invited to a meeting.

Parity announces that it has become a pre-qualified supplier on two additional Lots on the Digital and Technology Services Dynamic Purchasing System for the Scottish Government. Parity has previously been qualified to tender on the Digital Resourcing Lot 2, it has now been awarded the opportunity to also tender for Lots 1 and 3 on Digital Technology Products and Cyber Security, in partnership with CyberGym. Parity last month announced a strategic partnership with CyberGym.

Lot 1 gives Parity an opportunity to bid for digital technology projects, including digital transformation, ICT Integration services, online services development, UX, managed digital services and data Science, amongst other projects. Lot 3 gives Parity the opportunity to bid for Cyber Security projects, such as penetration testing, cybersecurity training, risk assessment, audit review and compliance. These projects will focus around supporting and building cyber resilience, including providing expert advice.
