Effective August 25, 2021, David Kugelman resigned as the sole Director of OWC Pharmaceutical Research Corp. (the "Company"). Simultaneously, he resigned as the sole Director of the Company's wholly-owned Israeli subsidiary, One World Cannabis Ltd.
