Section 8 - Other Events

Item 8.01 Other Events.

On May 10, 2023, Orbital Infrastructure Group, Inc. ("the Company") confirmed that it has received written notice from The Nasdaq Stock Market, Office of the General Counsel, that the Company has regained compliance with the bid price requirement, as required by the Nasdaq Hearing Panel's decision dated March 22, 2023. Accordingly, the Company shall continue the listing of its securities on The Nasdaq Stock Market.
