The Management Board of TELL S.A., acting pursuant to §38 sec.1 clause 2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information to be disclosed by security issuers and on conditions of recognition as equivalent of information required by the laws of a state that is not a member-state (consolidated text in Journal of Laws of 2014 item 133), wishes to advise whom it may concern that on 04 August 2015 it obtained information - based in the updated copy of an entry in the Register of Entrepreneurs issued by the Central Information Desk of the National Court Register - about the registration by the District Court for Poznań - Nowe Miasto i Wilda in Poznań, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, of the amendment to the Articles of Association of the Company as adopted by the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 23 June 2015 and concerning the objects of business of the Company.
Attached is a list of all provisions of the Articles of Association in their present phrasing and amendment thereto, as well the consolidated text of the Articles of Association allowing for the amendment registered.
