SkartaNYAB Plc’s (“Company”) Board of Directors has appointed
Larsson owns 50% of Holding Investment Förvaltning i Luleå AB that owns 235,724,280 shares in the Company and is its largest shareholder with an ownership of 33.5 percent. In addition, he owns 5,055,000 shares in the Company personally and through his other controlled companies (ownership 0.7%).
