Nomura Real Estate Master Fund, Inc. ("NMF" or the "Fund") announced that the Fund received today a resignation from one of the supervisory directors and that the supervisory director will resign from office on April

  The above resignation will be reported to the commissioner of Financial Services Agency pursuant to the Law

Concerning Investment Trust and Investment Corporation. Also, such resignation will be reported to the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism pursuant to the Building Lots and Building Transactions Business Law. Even after the resignation of the supervisory director, the number of supervisory directors required by Article 95 of the Law Concerning Investment Trust and Investment Corporation has been met.
