Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Allotment Committee, has today approved the following allotments-
8,757 Equity Shares of Face Value Rs.10/- each under the "Nippon Life India Asset Management Limited - Employee Stock Option Plan 2017 ("NAM INDIA ESOP 2017")" [formerly known as "Reliance Nippon Life Asset Management Limited - Employee Stock Option Plan 2017"]; and
12,408 Equity Shares of Face Value Rs.10/- each under the "Nippon Life India Asset Management Limited - Employee Stock Option Plan 2019 ("NAM INDIA ESOP 2019")" [formerly known as "Reliance Nippon Life Asset Management Limited - Employee Stock Option Plan 2019"].
Consequently, with effect from November 17, 2022, the Issued, Subscribed and Paid-Up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to 62,30,97,445 Equity Shares of Face Value Rs.10/- each as under:
