(KOSE:A181710) acquired an additional 4.56% stake in NHN BUGS Corporation (KOSDAQ:A104200) from NEOWIZ HOLDINGS Corporation (KOSDAQ:A042420) for KRW 12.5 billion on June 25, 2018. NHN Entertainment Corp. acquired 0.68 million shares at KRW 18481 per share. NHN Entertainment Corp. completed the payment on June 25, 2018. After the transaction, Neowiz Corp. holdings will not hold any stake in NHN BUGS Corporation.
