Dear Sirs,
We hereby notify you that the Board of Directors of Naturhouse Health SA has agreed to distribute an interim dividend for 2018of €0.17 gross per share, which will be paid on 14 September 2018.
•The last trading date for NATURHOUSE shares, on which shareholders will be provided with the right to receive the dividend, is 11 September 2018.
•The ex-dividend date for NATURHOUSE shares, on or after which shareholders will not be provided with the right to receive the dividend, is 12 September 2018.
