Ms Tocino's resignation, handed in to the Company today, is provided for the purposes of the terms set forth in article 228 of the Securities Market Law.
Please do not hesitate to contact us should you require any clarification or additional information.
Yours faithfully,
Naturhouse Health, S.A. Signed: Maria Pardo
