In relation to the recent news articles regarding the potential acquisition of district cooling assets from "Majid Al Futtaim", we confirm that while Tabreed has consistently stated to the market that Tabreed is continuously exploring potential acquisition opportunities in respect of prime district cooling assets situated in the UAE, in the wider region and internationally as part of its overall growth strategy to generate value for its stakeholders, Tabreed will not comment on market rumour and speculation about potential acquisitions prior to their finalization.
