Jiaxing Jiajing Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) signed share transfer agreement to acquire 5% stake in Motic (Xiamen) Electric Group Co.,Ltd (SZSE:300341) from Speed Fair Co. Ltd. and Motic Holdings Co., Limited for approximately CNY 220 million on December 19, 2020. Under the terms, Jiaxing Jiajing Investment Partnership Enterprise will acquire 25.5 million shares at CNY 8.8 per share. In related transactions, Beijing Yizhuang Investment Holdings Limited and Jiaxing Jiayi Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) also signed agreements to acquire 29.99% and 5% stake in Motic (Xiamen) Electric Group for CNY 1.3 billion and approximately CNY 220 million respectively on December 19, 2020.

The Company's products include mid voltage series, high voltage series and ultrahigh voltage series. The Company is also engaged in the research, development, production and distribution of optical microscopes, digital microscopes, microscopic image integration system products. The Company mainly provides products for ABB, Schneider, Siemens and Beijing Beikai Electric Co., Ltd, among others.
