MISC Berhad Enters into a Binding Heads of Agreement for the Provision of Supply, Operation and Maintenance of FSU with Pengerang LNG Sdn Bhd

The Board of Directors of MISC Berhad announced that the Company entered into a binding heads of agreement for the provision of supply, operation and maintenance of FSU (?Agreement?) with Pengerang LNG (Two) Sdn Bhd (?PLNG2SB?), with an estimated contract value of up to USD 213.7 million.
