Mintra : Kuiper Group underpins rapid expansion with OCS HR & Payroll

Kuiper Group needed to find a provider who would not only meet organisational requirements but also those of its workforce. The crewing provider was already aware

Kuiper Group knew that it would have to tackle slow adaption and a cultural resistance to change. Before any implementation could commence, the company had to procure equipment and support individuals in getting connected at their homes.
