(1)Since the second unsecured convertible Bonds' holders requested
conversion,the number of the outstanding shares have been changed.
(2)According to the resolutions of board of directors authorized by
2022 Annual General Shareholders' Meeting,the Chairman is authorized to
adjust the ratios of dividends.
