VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT

COMPLETION OF ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING-ENABLING

INFRASTRUCTURE INSTALLATION

This is a voluntary announcement made by MECOM Power and Construction Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") to provide the shareholders and potential investors of the Company an update on the latest business development of the Group.

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of the Company is pleased to announce that the installation of electric vehicle ("EV") charging-enabling infrastructure and network in the car park of The Manhattan, a residential property project on Taipa Island, Macau, had been completed. The Manhattan covers 243 parking spaces and the first phase of supply and installation of EV chargers will commence by end of April 2021. The Group will enter into separate contracts with each of the landlords and/or tenants (the "Customers") of the parking spaces. The scope of work to be provided by the Group will include provision of design, supply, installation, operation and maintenance services for EV charger facilities. The contract shall remain in effect for seven years and the Customers can apply for a service plan based on their unique needs. The service plan will roll out in May 2021 for the Customers who have entered into a contract with the Group for installation of EV charger facilities.

As at the date of this announcement, the Group had secured EV charging project in four residential property projects, three of which are in Guangdong Province, the People's Republic of China and one is in Macau, covering around 3,200 parking spaces in total.

Shareholders and potential investors of the Company should exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company.
