MCI CAPITAL ALTERNATYWNA SPÓLKA INWESTYCYJNA S.A. InternetVentures (IV) FIZ (MCI Capital Group) exited the last active investment in the portfolio - Focus Telecom. Thanks to the transaction, it will be possible to return all invested money to investors and then liquidate the fund.
"As a result of the sale of shares in Focus Telecom, IV obtained funds, the payment of which will allow for the return of all the money invested by PFR Ventures in InternetVentures. At the same time, the exit transaction with Focus Telecom allowed for a positive rate of return for the entire fund" - says Filip Berkowski, investment partner at MCI Capital.
Internet Ventures is the second venture capital fund in the MCI Capital Group, next to Helix Ventures Partners, with funds from PFR Ventures, which ends its operations generating a positive rate of return.
