Channel Sales Director), severally as proxies, each with the power to appoint his substitute, and hereby
authorizes either or both of them to represent and to vote, as designated on the reverse side hereof, all the
shares of common stock of Mace Security International, Inc. held of record by the undersigned on June 27,
2022, at the 2022 Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held on August 4, 2022, and at any adjournment or
postponement thereof.
