Appointment and Resignation of Director

The Board of Lincoln Minerals Limited (ASX Code: LML) notifies ASX that Mr James Zhang has resigned as Director of the company to further pursue other business interests.

The Board would like to thank Mr Zhang for his contribution to the company having served as a Director since February 2016.

Mr Johnson Zhang has been appointed as Non-executive Chairman of the company following the resignation of Mr James Zhang.

The Board are pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Ruiya (Yoyo) Zhang as Managing Director of LML. Yoyo Zhang is a qualified accountant and has an extensive business network in here in Australia and internationally. Currently the Chief Financial Officer of APH Holding, Yoyo Zhang has previously served as director and CFO of Lincoln Minerals. Her experience in auditing, reconciliation, reporting, project funding and management ensures that she is the qualified Managing Director and leader of our executive team.
