LICOGI 16 JSC : Training and sponsorship of LICOGI 16 in September

After the training program of Dale Carnegie: Leaders make breakthrough, all mangers of LICOGI 16 move to the higher class: Leaders make connection. The aims of the class are to build confidence and ability of accepting risk; improve behaviour and etiquette to team; improve leading skill 360˚; how to decrease stress.

LICOGI 16 sponsors The Vietnam-Japan Workshop on Estuaries, Coasts and Rivers. This is the fifth time the workshop was held in Vietnam and the second one was held in Quang Nam by Central Region College of Technology, Economics and Water Resources.

The main purpose of the Vietnam-Japan Workshop on Estuaries, Coasts and Rivers 2017 aims to continue to exchange and share experiences on modern knowledge and technology in the field of marine engineering, estuary and river engineering. Especially in the current context of Cua Dai Beach, Hoi An City, Quang Nam Province is eroded and initially identified the cause of erosion so it is very essential to get the ideals from the experts. This is also a great opportunity to enhance the capacity of scientists, managers, designers, teachers in the field of estuaries, coasts and river engineering, providing opportunities and motivations for Local experts in accessing and sharing experiences with experts from Japan and other countries.

On the Day of beginning of a new academic year of Thuy loi University, the Board of Directors awards the scholarship of VND 200 million to the university. Every year, 20 sets of scholarship are awarded ( 4 faculties, 5 sets/faculty), each sets is worth VND 10 million/year. It is for the student who desires to work for LICOGi 16 afterwards, studies among faculties: water resourcing enginerring, hydrology and water resources, marine and coastal engineering, civil engineering, and must studies above fairly.

And the scholarship of VND 100 million to the University of Transport Technology. Every year, 20 sets of scholarship are awarded ( 2 faculties, 10 sets/faculty), each sets is worth VND 5 million/year. It is for the student studying in 2 faculties: construction machinery, bridge and highway Engineering.
