Sun Century Group Limited Names Mr. Lo Wai Tung John as Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, Member of Audit Committee and Nomination Committee

The board of directors of Sun Century Group Limited announced that Mr. Lo Wai Tung John has been appointed as independent non-executive director and chairman of the remuneration committee, member of audit committee and nomination committee with effect from 10 October 2012. Mr. Lo is experienced in securities and finance industry for over twenty years. He is currently the managing director (equities) and head of institutional sales of SBI E2-Capital Financial Services Limited.

He was a director and head of institutional sales of China Construction Bank International Securities Limited from May 2005 to June 2006; an executive director and head of sales of ICEA Securities Limited from June 2006 to April 2009; and an executive director and head of sales of ICBC International Securities Limited from April 2009 to August 2010.
