Leopalace21 Corporation (Headquarters: Nakano, Tokyo; President and CEO: Bunya Miyao; the "Company") announced the matters relating to Chidori Godo Kaisha, other affiliated company of the Company, as follows.

While Chidori Godo Kaisha holds 25.69% of ownership voting rights of the Company, the

Company implements the principles of autonomy and independence as a listed company in its decision making in business operations and in formulation of fundamental management strategies.

Chidori Godo Kaisha is an affiliated entity of Fortress Investment Group LLC. Mr. Akio Yamashira and Mr. Jin Ryu, both of whom are Outside Directors of the Company, serve as Managing Director of Fortress Investment Group (Japan) GK, an affiliated entity of Fortress Investment Group LLC..

Chidori Godo Kaisha, other affiliated company of the Company, is categorized as a parent

company of the Company in accordance with Securities Listing Regulations. Chidori Godo Kaisha is however an investment company and therefore the Company is not required to disclose the financial statement information.
