With reference to the captioned subject, we would like to inform you that the Company has signed a License Agreement for a 50 room hotel in Haridwar, Uttarakhand under the Company's brand "Lemon Tree Hotel". The hotel is expected to be operational by end of CY 2024.
Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary and the hotel management arm of the Company will be operating this hotel.
