Director Retirement

The Board of Lefroy Exploration Limited (ASX: LEX) ("LEX" or "the Company") advises that Mr Geoffrey Pigott has decided to retire from his position as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, effective immediately. Importantly, Geoff remains keen to continue to assist the Company and will be available for specific geological assessments as required by the Board.

Geoff had a long and successful career in exploration across many countries and many commodity sets. He was a founding member of the LEX Board and was tasked with securing assets for the Company. He was instrumental in the Company gaining title to its major assets in Western Australia in both gold and nickel provinces. His outstanding geological expertise and historical context for the research and planning of the Company's subsequent exploration programs have provided considerable and significant guidance to the Company and its staff through the entire period of his tenure.

The Board - and we are sure its many shareholders - are delighted to thank Geoff for his work and assistance at LEX and wish him and his family well in his retirement.

The Board will undertake a search for an additional Board member in the near future.
