USE OF PROCEEDS FROM THE RENOUNCEABLE UNDERWRITTEN RIGHTS ISSUE OF 589,767,200 NEW ORDINARY SHARES OF LEADER ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED AT AN ISSUE PRICE OF $0.015 FOR EACH RIGHTS SHARE

Unless otherwise defined, all terms used herein shall bear the same meaning as in Leader Environmental Technologies Limited's ("Company") offer information statement dated 7 August 2020 ("OIS").

Further to the Company's announcements made on 12 June, 13 July, 6 August and 3 September 2020 in relation to the renounceable underwritten rights issue of 589,767,200 new ordinary shares of the Company, the Board of Directors ("Directors") of Leader Environmental Technologies Limited ("Company", and together with its subsidiaries, "Group") wishes to update on the utilisation of the proceeds from the Rights Issue ("Rights Issue"). Subsequent to 13 August 2021, the balance Rights Issue proceeds have been fully utilised, and are as follows:
