Latecoere: sale of business to Bombardier finalized

Latecoere confirms the finalization of the sale to Bombardier of its Electrical Wiring and Interconnection Systems (EWIS) business in Querétaro, Mexico.

This finalization follows the March 7, 2023 announcement and the fulfillment of all conditions precedent to the closing of the agreement.
