The board of directors (the "Board") of KuangChi Science Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that the principal place of business and head office of the Company in Hong Kong will be relocated to Unit 1104, 11/F., Leighton Centre, 77 Leighton Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong with effect from 5 March 2021.
