Kirin Holdings Company, Limited Announces Executive Changes

Kirin Holdings Company, Limited announced that Managing Director Yoshinori Isozaki, 58, will become president of Kirin Brewery Co. at the end of March 2012. Koichi Matsuzawa, incumbent presidents of Kirin Brewery will retire. Kirin Holdings Chairman Kazuyasu Kato will step down to become a consultant.
