Kion Group AG announced that Hans Peter Ring, set to become chairman of the supervisory board as Michael Macht intends to step down at the end of the Annual General Meeting on May 17, 2023. Ring has been a member of the supervisory board since June 9, 2013. Nicolas Peter will be elected to the supervisory board as an independent shareholder representative.
Andreas Krinninger will serve a further five years as a member of the executive board.
