J.Jill, Inc. Appoints Mark Webb as Chief Operating Officer

J.Jill, Inc. announced that it has appointed Mark Webb, 49, to serve as Chief Operating Officer of the Company, effective as of July 12, 2021. Mr. Webb will also continue to serve as Chief Financial Officer. On July 12, 2021, the Company entered into an amendment to the offer letter between the Company and Mark Webb, dated April 12, 2019. Mr. Webb has served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer since 2019. Prior to his appointment as Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Webb served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Planning & Analysis and Treasury Officer at Hudson’s Bay Company from January 2018 until May 2019. He previously served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Gap Brand and Intermix, at Gap, Inc. from February 2013 to April 2017. Mr. Webb holds a B.S.B. A from the University of Arizona.
J.Jill, Inc. is a national lifestyle brand, which provides apparel, footwear and accessories. The Companyâs operating segments consist of its retail and direct channels. Its products are marketed under the J.Jill brand name and sold primarily through two channels: its ecommerce platform and catalog (Direct) and its retail stores (Retail).
