The stars are based on a thorough assessment of the top global outsourcing companies from all industries, including companies such as Accenture, Deloitte, Tata Communications and others. The entire top 100 list including honours will be published in a special Fortune 500 feature in June.

Consistent high scores
In previous years, IAOP has ranked the companies on a global list placing ISS as the world's no 1 outsourcing service provider in 2013 and 2014. This year, the association has changed its procedure to star ratings, and once again, ISS has achieved the highest possible acknowledgement along with a few other companies.

"Being named to The Global Outsourcing 100 list, and achieving 'full-star - highest rated' in four judging categories is no easy task," said Michael Corbett, IAOP Chairman.

"IAOP is pleased to recognise ISS for their excellence and achievement. The four full stars say something very significant about the consistency of ISS' performance."

New emphasis on innovation and CSR
Jeff Gravenhorst, Group CEO of ISS, is thankful for the acknowledgement:
"510,968 colleagues keep ISS at the global top of the outsourcing industry. We will keep working to deserve our top rating and even more importantly, to stay the preferred provider for our customers."

This year, IAOP included separate evaluations of programmes for Innovation and CSR.

"I am very pleased of our high-scores in these categories. Innovation and corporate social responsibility have always been key priorities for ISS, and they are crucial to our long-term business opportunities.

"We have been around for 100 years, and in order to be around for the next 100, we must keep finding new, smarter and more efficient ways to deliver our services, and we have to keep contributing visibly and positively to the entire society," said Gravenhorst.
