Isabella Bank Corp., based in Michigan, appointed Jerome E. Schwind as CEO. He takes over from Jae A. Evans who has retired. He previously served as bank president and Neil M. McDonnell, CFO, will take over that role, according to a press release.

"Jerome and Neil are highly experienced professionals and well-respected community bankers," Sarah R. Opperman, chair of the board of directors at Isabella Bank, said in the release. "They have strong technical skills, are highly strategic and understand communities, customers and employees."

"I know how important our financial success is in order to prioritize customer service enhancements and growth," McDonnell said in the release. "Moving forward, we will continue to focus on the customer experience and their needs."
