IQE - INTUERI COMPLETES SALE OF DIVE SCHOOL

Intueri Education Group Limited (Administrators Appointed) (NZX: IQE) today advises that the sale of its Dive School (the New Zealand School of Commercial Diver Training) has now settled.

After first announcing its decision to divest the Dive School in late 2016, Intueri is pleased to have successfully concluded the sale, which has secured the ongoing future and viability of this specialist provider.

Administrator, William Black of McGrathNicol says "this is a pleasing result, particularly for the staff and students of the Dive School and Intueri will be working to achieve a smooth transition across to the new owner, Marsol Worldwide Limited."
