INTERREGIONAL DISTRIBUTION GRID COMPANY OF URALS, On Apr. 24, 2019 the Board of Directors has conducted a mixed-type (in-presentia/in-absentia) Board meeting. During the meeting, directors have scrutinized and decided on the range of administrative and corporate issues.
In the course of the meeting, the Board of Directors has examined and adopted the 2019-2023 Electricity Loss Reduction Blueprint. The basis of the blueprint lies in a holistic analysis of the structure and dynamics of in-process and non-process losses as well as findings of energy surveys. Activities from the blueprint are aligned with the production and investment programs. The blueprint's effect centers around reduction of electricity losses and compliance with electricity loss standards, as stated by Russian Ministry of Energy Decree dated as of 26.09.2017 No.887.
Besides, in the course of the meeting, the Board of Directors has also taken note of the 2018 reports on implementation of the PAMS development action plan and execution of the schedule on implementation of overdue connection contracts.
