CHANGES IN COMPOSITION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Interra Resources Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that Mr. Zhang Jing is appointed as Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 1 December 2021.

Following the above changes, the new composition of the Board of the Company is as follows:

Mr. Zhang Jing (Non-Executive Director)

Mr. Low Siew Sie Bob (Lead Independent Director)

Mr. Allan Charles Buckler (Independent Director)

The composition of the Audit Committee, Nominating Committee and Remuneration Committee remains unchanged.
