Interlink Communication Public Company Limited (the "Company") has joined with Interlink Power and Engineering Company Limited (Subsidiary company) under the name of "INTERLINK CONSORTIUM" as the winner for bidding and received a Letter of Intent for Construction and renovation of Nonsi power station, Prachinburi Province, According to the Transmission and Distribution System Development Project, phase 2, plan 2, via e-bidding from Provincial Electricity Authority. The contract will be signed by the Company on July 25, 2022 and its details are as follows;

Scope of work	: Construction and renovation of Nonsi power station, Prachinburi Province, According to the
Contract Value	Transmission and Distribution System Development Project, phase 2, plan 2, totaling 1 job.
: Baht 314,800,000 (three hundred fourteen million eight hundred thousand baht)
Period of Delivery	VAT included.
: 510 days after receiving a notification letter from the Provincial Electricity Authority
	to start working.

The Company will inform investors again after completely signing a contract.
