Interlink Communication Public Company Limited (ILINK) (the "Company") has joined with Interlink Power and Engineering Company Limited (Subsidiary company) under the name of " INTERLINK CONSORTIUM " would like to inform that " INTERLINK CONSORTIUM " has signed the Contract for Construction and renovation of Nonsi power station, Prachinburi Province, According to the Transmission and Distribution System Development Project, phase 2, plan 2 via e-biddingNo. TDDP2-NSI/2565on July 25, 2022 with the Provincial Electricity Authority, the contract details are as follows;

Scope of work	: Construction and renovation of Nonsi power station, Prachinburi Province, According to the
	Transmission and Distribution System Development Project, phase 2, plan 2, totaling 1 job.
Contract Value	: Baht 314,800,000 (three hundred fourteen million eight hundred thousand baht)
	VAT included.
Period of Delivery	: 510 days after receiving a notification letter from the Provincial Electricity Authority
	to start working.
