innovative - RFK SpA today - Thursday, August 27 2020 - has udersigned a public deed of capital increase for the acquisition of 7.15% of the share capital of the Italian company Reaxing S.r.l. - innovative SME (PMI Innovativa Ammissibile) legal office based in Milan - active in the field of design, production and distribution of innovative sports equipments.

The company Reaxing recorded 6.2 million euros of revenues (1 million euros of EBITDA) in Year 2019, an increase of more than 50% compared to Year 2018.

Reaxing is the only company in the entire world to have developed a training methodology and a range of equipment that takes advantage of the technology of the 'Sudden DynamicImpulse', as well as the unique 'training method' in the world that involves the gradual and controlled administration and managing of sudden impulses and/or motor interference that during the motor gesture force the athlete to activate rapid neuromuscular and/or cognitive reactions.

The large portfolio of Reaxing products and services has already being tested and utilized by players at International level in the atlhetic training (id est FC Juventus, AC Milan, ACF Fiorentina, Nazionale Italiana di Rugby, Comitato Olimpico Cinese), by primary REASEARCH CENTERS (such as Ferrari, Maserati, Med-Ex My Energy Journey Medicine and Exercise of G n rali), by global leaders in the fitness field (such as Virgin Active - Italia, Chelsea Piers Connecticut - USA, Oxford Athletic Club - USA, Dedham Health e Athletic Complex - USA, World Class - Russia, Tokyo Sport Oasis - Japan, BodyTech - Colombia, Sports World - Mexico).
