indie Semiconductor, Inc. provides earnings guidance for the Fourth Quarter 2021. For the quarter, the company expects 50% sequential and more than 170% year-over-year revenue growth. With this guidance, which includes a partial quarter of recently completed TeraXion acquisition, the company is approaching a $75 million annualized revenue run rate and is on pace to more than double total revenue in 2021.

The Company is focused on edge sensors across multiple modalities spanning light detection and ranging (LiDAR), radar, ultrasound and computer vision. It is an approved vendor to Tier 1 automotive suppliers and its platforms can be found in marquee automotive manufacturers around the world.
