Damir Mikuljan is a law graduate with many years of law practice.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb and began his career as a volunteer at the Zagreb County Court, then he worked as a legal trainee until June 1, 1994, when he opened his own law office in Zagreb with continued operation until today.

In 1997, he was elected a member of the Zagreb County Assembly, of which he was a member until April 15, 2021. He was elected President of the Zagreb County Assembly in 2008, a position he held until April 2013 and then in the period from December 2017 to November 2019. He was a member of the Municipal Government of the Bistra Municipality from 1995 to 1997.

Mr Mikuljan has been a member of the Supervisory Board of INA-Industrija nafte, d.d. from 2017.

In 2010, he acquired the title of honorary citizen of the Tirana District of the Republic of Albania.

Branimir Škurla, Ph.D. is a Partner in the Law Firm Bekina, Škurla, Durmiš & Spajić.

He graduated from the Law Faculty of the University of Zagreb in 1992 as the best student of his generation (magna cum laude). He advises clients in the fields of company and commercial law, employment law, concession rights and energy. He is the author of several published expert articles. Branimir earned a doctorate degree in Legal Studies (Commercial and Company Law) at the University of Zagreb.

Ivo Ivančić, Master of Entrepreneurial Management, CEO of the VERN' University

He graduated on the VERN' University, undergraduate business study of Entrepreneurship Economics and graduate study in Entrepreneurial Management and also VERN'/UBI international MBA. He attended the Ruprecht Karl University of Heidelberg as a scholar of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and IESE Business School of the University of Navarra. During his studies, he was a scholar of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung. Business experience during the study years he acquired in European and German Federal Parliament.

Mr Ivančić was a special advisor to the Minister of the Economy and Sustainable Development of the Republic of Croatia from 2020 until 2022. He advised the Minister on issues in the field of general policy and international cooperation. From 2017 to 2020, he was a special advisor to the Minister of Environmental Protection and Energy.

Mr Ivančić has been a member of the Supervisory Board of INA-Industrija nafte, d.d. from June 2022. From 2018 until 2022 he has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Hrvatska elektroprivreda d.d. He has been a member of the Foundation's Board of the Croatian Statehood Foundation.
